Acceptance of terms
By downloading, opening, or using Moodora, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, that's completely fine — please don't use the app. If you're using Moodora on behalf of someone else or an organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
The service
Moodora is a mood-based AI travel planner. You tell us how you're feeling and how much energy you have, and the app suggests trips, places, and gentle day-by-day plans designed to match your state of mind rather than rush you through a checklist.
Everything Moodora suggests is inspiration, not instruction. We don't book anything for you, and we can't promise that any place, route, or detail is current. Always verify the practical things yourself before you rely on them, including:
- Opening hours, closures, and seasonal availability
- Prices, fees, and what's actually included
- Transport schedules, routes, and connections
- Entry requirements, visas, and local rules
- Safety, weather, and health advice for your destination
Accounts & your data
Moodora is built to work without asking for an account. Much of what you create — your moods, your trips, your saved places — lives on your device, where it belongs to you. That also means your data is yours to look after: if you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, that on-device content may be gone for good.
We encourage you to back up anything you'd be sad to lose. If a feature does ask you to sign in, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your login. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has access.
Subscriptions & billing
Moodora comes in two flavours. The Free plan gives you the core mood-based planning. Pro unlocks the deeper features for EUR 8 per month.
- Pro is sold and billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, under their terms.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Refunds are handled by the app stores, so their refund policies apply rather than ours.
- Prices may change over time; we'll give you notice before any change affects you.
Acceptable use
We want Moodora to stay a calm, trustworthy place. When you use it, please don't:
- Break the law, or use the app to plan or do anything harmful or unsafe
- Try to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or tamper with the app or its AI
- Interfere with the service, overload it, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways
- Misrepresent who you are, or infringe anyone else's rights
If you misuse the service, we may limit or end your access to protect the app and the people who use it.
Intellectual property
Moodora — including its name, design, software, and content — belongs to us and our licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own travel planning. The trips and notes you create yourself remain yours; using the app doesn't sign those over to us.
AI-generated content
Moodora's itineraries, suggestions, and descriptions are generated by AI. That makes them creative and personal — but also imperfect. They are suggestions only, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Places may have changed, moved, or closed since the model learned about them, and details can simply be wrong.
Treat AI suggestions as a thoughtful starting point, not a source of truth. The final call on where you go and what you do is always yours.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Moodora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on its suggestions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodora and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app — including missed bookings, travel disruptions, or costs from relying on AI-generated content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Moodora grows. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, let you know in the app. If you keep using Moodora after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction]. Nothing here removes consumer protections you're entitled to under the law where you live.
